3. Our Services

UberZim Private Limited provides a platform to connect passengers with independent third-party drivers. UberZim does not own or operate vehicles and is not responsible for the conduct of drivers.

4. Booking and Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable fees.
• Payment must be made electronically through our app.
• Cancellation fees may apply if a ride is canceled late.
• We reserve the right to suspend your account for unpaid balances or suspected fraud.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and updated personal information.
• Use the Services legally and respectfully.
• Not harass, harm, or endanger drivers or other passengers.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations.

6. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers using the UberZim Private Limited platform are independent contractors, responsible for their licenses, insurance, and vehicle safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

UberZim is not liable for:

• Any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by drivers or during rides.
• Any interruptions or errors in the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold UberZim harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
